Goblin Valley State Park
Truly dark sky, with the zodiacal light clearly visible.
One of Utah's most unusual landscapes and one of its darkest certified sites. Thousands of mushroom-shaped sandstone formations cover the valley floor, looking genuinely alien under starlight. Sits at the edge of the San Rafael Swell with minimal light pollution in every direction. Yurts are available for overnight stays in addition to standard campsites.
